Since April 2018, I am a Ph.D. student in the Internet Computing and Emerging Technologies Lab (ICET-lab) at Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. I received the Swedish Licentiate of Engineering degree (Teknologie Licentiat) in October 2021 after successfully defending my thesis “Mapping a Landscape of Developer Assisting Software Bots”, the kappa and the connected papers are available at Chalmers research. Before I started my PhD I worked as an IT-consultant  while wrapping up my studies. I received my MSc (Swedish Civilingenjör degree) in Electrical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in 2015.

My current research focuses on software developer bots (DevBots). DevBots are automated tools with human like traits used by humans users whom are involved in software development. The DevBots assist in their daily work with a variety of tasks, such as coding, testing, agile methodologies, operations etc. I am interested in how current DevBots are used and created, and how they could be improved to help with the productivity, happiness and job satisfaction of the human user in the future.

You can find an updated list of my publications on my google scholar page.
